This high quality documentary showcases nearly all of the Japanese martial arts in beautiful natural settings in Japan. A who's who of martial arts masters, you'll see Yoshinkan Aikido's Gozo Shioda throwing his students with ease. Sumo's Takamiyama, Iaido's Taizaburo Nakamura, Karate's Sadaharu Fujimoto, Okinawa Kobudo's Teruo Hayashi, and many other Judo, Kendo, and Naginata masters are seen both in the dojo and outdoors. This documentary was filmed in the 1970's.

Excellent documentary shows how training is different from Japan and the U.S. Only problem is that the narrator tries to make it out that any martial artist who recieves his/her black belt is superhuman. Still I highly recommend it.
