This is an older DVD, and shows its age a bit. If you are new to martial arts, Kickboxing specifically, the info is presented clearly, with a good selection of fundamental techniques. The techniqes were ahead of their time in '91, but are not quite as refined as some of the better modern selections. I would recommend this as an overview, but suggest something like Bas Rutten's collection for a more in-depth look at the techniques. B-
